Investor Relations Associate
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Associate is responsible for engaging prospective investors, understanding their financial goals, and guiding them through DiversyFund’s investment offerings. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in consultative conversations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a career tied to meaningful impact and long-term growth.
You will work closely with our Sales Leaders, Marketing Team, and Investor Relations to maintain a smooth, data-driven sales process focused on performance, transparency, and investor success.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective investors through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand investor goals, risk tolerance, and timeline.
Present DiversyFund’s investment platform clearly and professionally.
Guide qualified leads through the full sales funnel—from introduction to close.
Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and pipeline updates.
Follow structured sales processes and scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
Build trust and rapport with investors, acting as an educator—not a pushy salesperson.
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve scripts, and optimize close rates.
Meet and exceed activity and performance targets (calls, meetings, conversions).
Participate in ongoing training, call reviews, and performance feedback sessions.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident on the phone; comfortable having financial and goal-oriented conversations.
Highly coachable with the ability to adapt quickly to feedback.
Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven sales environment.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented when updating CRM notes.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous sales experience (SDR, AE, or phone-based role).
Experience in real estate, financial services, fintech, or investment products.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.

Capital Raising Associate
Role Overview
This role is designed for a driven professional who wants to learn how to raise capital directly from a top performer while executing at a high level day-to-day. You will work closely with a Team Leader, engage warm inbound prospects, and develop real-world capital-raising and sales skills inside a performance-driven environment.
This is not a passive role. It requires confidence, discipline, and a “you’ve got what it takes” mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to warm leads who have already engaged with the platform
- Hold professional, confident conversations around financial opportunities
- Follow proven scripts, frameworks, and call strategies while developing your own voice
- Maintain consistent 6 hours per day of phone time
- Accurately log activity and outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with a Team Leader for coaching, feedback, and performance improvement
- Represent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and confidence at all times
