Monterey Investment Property Update – January 2018

January brings to Monterey some exciting elements and an estimated completion date!

The fireplaces are being installed in the great room, living room, master bedroom and outdoor and the septic tank is in.  The interior designer has selected a great color palette which fits perfectly with this mountain area.

The trenching for gas, power, water, storm drain and others needed is starting along with site drainage.  The plumbing rough-in is moving forward as well. Finally, the hydronic pressure testing for the heating system is complete and the rough-in will start now.

Projected completion: Summer 2018
