We’ve rented out one unit and have listed the other units for rent. We are renting the units as short-term vacation rentals for the summer and plan to bring in long-term renters in the fall, in order to position the property for the most profitable exit. The property is attracting strong interest from potential renters. Once we’ve established the rent roll, we’ll be able to market the property.
