Felspar Investment Property Update – September 2017

This month’s investment update for Felspar reports foundation work complete.

The framers are in full swing with first floors complete and are beginning to move up to the next level. We’ve had the majority of the utilities installed underground and accepted by the local authorities to ensure smooth installations and connections to the units for power, water and gas. The site is looking good and we are excited to see these homes continue to take shape through framing.

We continue to make progress on selecting and purchasing so there is no gap in production as we wrap up framing and move into the finer details.
